A series of Speed dating events, where professionals from the SK startup ecosystem have the opportunity to talk and guide young talents in their careers, or motivate them to start a business.

In the Match-Up concept, we bring an event for young people where they can talk to their future personal or business mentor. At the same time, our goal is to create a space for students and young people to get to know the Slovak business ecosystem more closely.

Selected professionals from companies (max. 2 per company) will be part of speed dating rounds lasting 90 minutes (where young people will take turns every 10 minutes). Each 10-minute round will take place in the form of an initial introduction of the participant, and then the professionals will have the opportunity to develop a debate based on what the specific participant is looking for at the event (business mentoring, career guidance, etc.)

In addition to speed dating, companies participating at Match-Up can also prepare a workshop on a pre-agreed topic, which concerns either soft skills or business advice for starting projects.
